About Us
Hokulani Bake Shop was founded in November 2005 by husband and wife team Tushar and Ana Dubey. Hokulani has been featured in many local and Japanese publications and TV programs.
However, one of the sweetest moments in Hokulani's history was the win on Episode 4 Season 12 of Food Network's "Cupcake Wars" in February 2012.
Hokulani Bake Shop is one of the few places in Hawaii to buy a truly handmade, artisan food product that is delicious and also a work of art.
Hawaii is Delicious
Inspired by the natural and cultural beauty of Hawaii, the Hawaii is Delicious line of hand decorated cookies includes 15 cookie shapes and designs that are representative of life in the islands, including native marine life, native flowers, aloha attire, ukulele, and of course the aloha spirit, symbolized by the gift of a lei.
The Island's Best Cupcakes
In April 2006, Hokulani Bake Shop launched a line of cupcakes, made from scratch, to complement the decorated sugar cookies. Hokulani cupcakes and cookies contain 100% real butter and sugar, with no hydrogenated oils (no margarine, no shortening) or corn syrup.
